The woven rod netting belts are made of cable wire and V Shape rods. For self tracking conveyor belts, they are direct run by rolls. Compared with other belt with rolls, there are some difference, V shape in rolls is its feature. And the V shape wire give belt more strength and keep the cables in safe. Generally speaking, the edge of self tracking conveyor belts are welded, three or two rods are welded together; and for the belt seam, we make a cable loops by cables, and cross a rod to link the belt in the top and bottom.
Not only as conveyor belt, it is also used in architecture, as metal facades, ceilings, divider, wall and so on.
